Do you offer maintenance for sites you didn't build?
Yes. We regularly take over maintenance for WordPress sites built by other agencies or freelancers. We start with a full audit — updates outstanding, security issues, plugin conflicts — so you know exactly what state the site is in before we take it on.
What happens if my site goes down or gets hacked?
All care plans include emergency response. We investigate and restore from the most recent clean backup, patch the vulnerability that caused it, and confirm the site is secure — typically within a few hours during UK business hours, faster on Priority plans.
Can agencies white-label your reporting to clients?
Yes. Monthly maintenance reports are provided as unbranded documents you can put your own logo on before sending to your clients, or we can send them directly under your domain if you'd prefer we handle client communication too.
